We had a home visit from Liz star. She was very friendly and put us at our ease she provided us with lots of information and sign posted us to various places and organizations who could help now and in the future. This was followed up by a telephone chat.

Both my daughter and myself were treated with great dignity and considerations throughout the service. The video link for my other daughter was very successful.

Possibly the volume on one of the microphone could have been longer especially for those with poor hearing.
